Tomtom on my vectra screen

Hi all.

I have a 2005 vectra elite with colour sat nav. is it possible to get this reprogrammed to tomtom?

No. Vauxhall Sat Nav Systems are programmed to Navteq only.

You can get disc upgrades from Navteq to give you the latest mapping.

Ive seen a mod where someone has put a tom tom into the space for the display instead of the normal screen though

Probably, yes. But the question was "is it possible to get this [standard nav] reprogrammed to tomtom?". And that would be no.
