Last time I had one done, it was for an Omega so similar size, it cost me £50. It all depends on who you know and where you go.

To many variables to just say a flat price.The colour makes a difference, if its straight red then great, get it painted and fit it. If its say mettalic silver it will be more expensive and you dont really want to paint a mettalic panel on its own and then go and fit it, the colour mismatch will stand out a mile. Its always best to blend the colour half way or fully up the door to get a nice match.

Best to visit your local bodyshop and get some advice and a price, if you have your own wing im sure they will be happy to paint and fit it for you.
