Just too really upset the bandwidth on the site, here goes with my efforts from the weekend.
The GSi household where up earlier and left home at 9.30am to meet up with Spikey, Plasma, Dean and Duncan at Toddington Services. (Only 10 min drive from us.)
Once all where present, off to Santa Pod, to arrive just as the gates opened. First thing first, up go the tents of various shapes and sizes, find the beer and then on to Mod's on the cars. Duncan's brake caliper painting, Graeme's brakes and then CDTi Exhausts. Also lots more Beer drinking.
We had now been joined, (and if I forget anyone sorry) the Rugrats, Big Phil, Painey, Dwabo, Vectra2.0t, Greengrowler, the Drinkys and Richardg3.2, and Brucybonus for a short time.
After the dinner, we all sat and drank more beer, some went to find the lap dancing club to keep warm and others just got cold.
Well, after an eventful nights sleep, (or in some case lay on cold ground), this was the sight that met the Breakfast Club, promising a hot and sunny day.
The day was fabulous and you have all seen pictures of the cars and stand, but here are a few I took including the chefs and also Larisa receiving her bottle of bubbly to celebrate her birthday.
The day was finished by Mrs D, after being picked as the best club car, talking to Mike Brewer, who had a good paw over the lovely Vectaru.
Thanks to everyone that made the weekend great and for those who helped us take down GSi towers and look forward to seeing you all soon.
Sorry about the small pictures, I am not very good at this, but Mark tells me it will save bandwidth
