Default If you had some pocket money to play what would it be...

Got a few coins to spend on myself and would like to get an add on for my recent double din addition and what wondered what people would get.

KTP - 445 Headunit power pack

This compact upgrade instantly boosts the power of your system. Easy to install with no additional wiring, it fits neatly behind your head unit.

    • 4 x 100W MAX
    • 4 x 45W RMS
    • Works with all 2005 - present Alpine head units
    • Plug & Play installation (no additional wiring required)
    • High/Low gain switch
    • Compact size

Seeing as i have a little man space is a premium hence no subs and amps etc so this power pack seemed a wise choice.

    Or

HCE - C107D Rear view camera system

This tiny unit is easy to mount and install; it has no extra black box, just a cable that plugs directly into the back of the head unit. The picture is extremely bright and clear, so you always know what is behind you, for easier manoeuvring and greater safety.

Reason for this is the missus sometimes drives it, being the design model has black rear windows so vision out the back is sometimes difficult.

Cant afford both so need to pick one??

None of them id pay for a car wash and a valet, No i wouldn't cos im tight and id do it myself.

What id do with the extra cash is buy a set of steel wheels & fit winter tyres on in july when prices are cheaper.

But before all that id go to the pub.

how much is a few extra pennies and what mods do you have already?

If I had to choose. I would get the head unit. Set up ready to take the reversing camera, then get that later and fit it into the stereo.

I cant really comment as my first mods was a DVD/Sat nav.

But if I had £500 readies I would deffo go for something else instead.

Ok miss read, no way would I bother with a power unit...............

Would rather install a set of decent speakers first!!!

Out of the 2 I'd have the rear view camera. Already got parking sensors so would find something else to spend the money on.
