Default have you come across this feature?

    Interesting one here.
Left my car at a friends farm on Saturday, had the dog's with me so left the boot open so that they could get in and out if they wanted to.

Left all the windows down approx 1/4 way down to let the air circulate and locked the doors (not double locked)

After helping with getting the hay in, came back approx 2 hours later and all the windows had closed themselves? I know that no-one else had done that as I had the keys and was well out of range all the time.

Is there a special feature that closes the window if they are left open for long periods of time?

To be honest I was surprised that the boot hadn't shut also.

I see you have the design spec with the auto wipers. If you leave windows open (and sunroof if you have one) and lock the doors the sensor on the windscreen will monitor for rain. If it picks up water it will auto close any windows left open!!

    lol @ Big Davie

As above, the windows will wind up if you have the rain sensors fitted and they detect rain (the car needs to be double-locked for it to work). Additionally, they will close if left open for a few hours (can't recall the exact number and whether the car has to be double locked for that to work)

Well I'll go t' foot of our stairs. Yes I have just tried it and yes it worked. The taxi driver waiting for his pickup next door must have thought I was bonkers, opening the car, putting the windows down then pouring water all over the windscreen, he had a bit of a puzzled look on his face LOL
