Turbo

Looking to fit a 150bhp turbo to my 120.....
Will i see any difference?
I'm also looking at getting my map turned up a bit, but this will only be done if i change the turbo

dunnno abowt the turbo but u should do the remap last after any modding

done it all......my mapper updates my map if i make any changes
An ECU "learns" if there has been anything changed on the car

I know there is a difference between the 2.0dti and the 2.2 but not sure about the 1.9s

99% sure the Turbos are the same, and infact the 120 may even share its turbo with the 3.0CDTI too.

Not true
The turbo from the 3.0CDTi can be found in the Saab and Renault 3.0V6 Isuzu diesels and Merc 3.0CDi engines.

I just spent the weekend removing my turbo, what a total pita it was, I would love to strangle the Vauxhall design guy who decided torx bolt and those star bolts were a good idea to fit in inaccessible places, were a normal bolt would do, so you could just get a spanner on it instead.

I decided to remove the manifold with turbo attached, that was after I had removed the bumber, and radiator and a whole host of pipes just to get access.

Problem now is I won't work on it until next weekend so I hope I can remember how it all goes back together.
