hi all,im a new member to your website,have to say it looks great,ive been a vectra/cav owner now for over 15yrs (love them) on my4th its a vectra2.2cdx lovely runner but lately the control indicator is remaining on, any hints or tips.?ths ja.(irl)

Hi and

Brief use of indicator - i.e. pulling out to pass cyclist/parked vehicle etc - quick push down of indicator stalk gives 3 or 4 'indicates' before cancelling.

Longer use of indicator - i.e. actually turning off road, going round roundabout etc - holding the stalk down for 1-2 seconds before releasing allows indicator to stay on long enough to complete manoeuvre.once you have straightened up they should cancel

So are you trying to cancel them but are actually putting them on again or is it yours simply don't cancel as there meant to do ?

I know it took me a while to get used to them as i was all ways trying to turn them off but by mistake would turn them on again lol.

Do you mean the bulb is lit up at the front of the car?

You could find the front sidelight bulb has gone, the VCectra will automaticall substitute another bulb.
