    Default Flat wiper blades

Anyone got flat wipers - heard about them but don't now what they are all about - do they look smart or perform better!?

GM ones look smart, work better but don't last for long. Bosch ones are best so i've been told, i'm running GM ones at the moment.

tried GM ones & thought they were very poor. Reverted to bog standard GM blades & they are far better. Flat blades not worth paying more for, and to be honest they don't even look good as the wiper arms have a kink in them to accomodate standard blades which then look odd with flat blades on IMHO

i was running Gm ones for some time and they were a massive difference from standard wipers. now i have bosch ones which are pretty expensive for a set of wipers but they do their job perfectly and are a bit better than the GM ones.. they have over a year and are still working great

In answer to your questions - yes and yes.

I've had 2 different brands (currently Bosch) and I can't emphasise just how much better they are at wiping the water off the screen. The fact that they look great is a bonus.

I bought some cheap ones & the passenger side didn't last ;ong, so i bought some Bosch ones, £26 off the bay,, far more impressive imho!!

The fitment is better too, looks smarter.
