    Default New rear disks ......

Washed the motor at the weekend and although it was filthy the brake dust on the rear wheels was a joke, far worse than the front. After spending an eternity cleaning the dust off, noticed that the nearside rear disk had more grooves on it than a record
Been to the dealers today and it needs new rear disks and pads with just under 10k on the clock . Dealer apparently has had a couple in with similar damage, Vx know about it and are allegedly using different pads now but there is no recall.

Really starting to think that the parts for this car were specified by the accountants rather than for quality. Thank god it's a fleet car.

Yep, very, if I could get a decent photo without taking the wheel off I would put one up. The disk is a mess. It's happened very quickly too only a few weeks.

    Pumice stones or something
Getting done on Monday, hopefully the replacements will last a little longer.
