    Default Alloy wheel painting

Thinking about painting my alloy wheels when I finally get a pair - Black. Is this advisable, or do I steer clear? Drive a dark grey LS, it has a black trim under the windows (Not chrome like the other spec Veccy's), i've got the black SRI headlights in and the black trim where the fogs go, I think it'll look decent with a pair of black alloys! Also, anyone could perhaps photoshop some of the pre-face SRI alloys in black? They're the rims i'm after! Cheers.

I thought this thread was gonna be a bit of an anti black look, haha, got my trims painted black as a test, and looks boss I think, and a few others do too! Cheers for the push mate!

depends wether you have them done (£50 -75 per wheel)professionally or if you decide to do them yourself
there are plenty of threads on here from people who have accomplished this with hope spray systems or even tin cans from halfords

if you did your trims and you were happy with the effect - why not have a go yourself and save yourself some money

Ahh is it that much? Well trims was just wash and spray, gotta do alot more on alloys I think, and if I manage to balls it up, then I've kinda ruined the wheel then :/ but I've bought some side skirts from Sri, and a boot lip spoiler, gonna have a go at doing those myself, me dads got a spray gun so alls I'll need is the paints and that! But I shall see when the time comes! thanks for comments!
