    confused vecci stereo

    does any body have this happening with there vectra stereo: when i get to 30mph or 15,000-20,000 revs my stereo goes louder and a lot more bass-ier, some times its that bad the speakers can't cope????????????

    Its called speed dependant volume , you can change this on your gid

    My stereo can be set up to get louder as engine noise and speed increases.

    I got a CD70 in mine.

    If you look in the book you should see how to adjust/turn off this feature. I personally have it on as it means I rarely have to adjust the volume - unless a banging bit of indie comes on the radio - then its all the way to MAX!!!

    you didn't say which radio model you have, but if it is ccr2006 (maybe it's the same on ccr2005) then press and hold TUNER for a few seconds while the radio is on and you will hear a beep. then adjust it with < > (radio station station tuning) buttons on the radio. when you are done press and hold TUNER again until the final beep
