My new Elite

Heres my new addition to my vectra Fleet

my Elite 1.9 CDTi (150)

The colour looks better in the flesh than the pics. Its a pearl racing green but glows bright green in the sun.

In fact the whole car looks better in the flesh lol.

Only subtle mods planned.....im not convinced on my opel grill yet, i think i may be buying an irmscher one.

Looks like you have the same steering wheel as mine .. a 2004 year model? Do you have the CDR2006 CD player and Rainsensing Wipers and Indirect Night Lighting as standard?

Personally, I don't think the grill suits the car. Go for an Irmscher one instead.

Have you rotated your wheels? back to front yet?

Also are you planning on settgin up the auto-door locking feature? does it work?

How about a few photo's of engine bay?

Absolutely gorgeous mate, good choice.

I have to agree with MLC mate, the Opel grille doesn't look as good as it did on your SRi. The new Irmscher grille will look sweet though, Leeds Vectra can get you one at a good price.

Someone on here will have the Opel grille off you for sure.

it does look better in the flesh, like i said, but as soon as i put it on something didnt look right. Same as when i fitted my 18's.... it was all wrong. I think i may have bought the only unmodifiable car ever lol.

re irmy grill, i actually like the old style without the silver top but i'll have a think.

Already got a buyer for the grill if i decide to sell it so no worries there

yes, 2006, sounds better than my 2005. Found out that its twice the power so that might have something to do with it.

Auto wipers yes, but nothing new, my sri is an early one so comes with most of the kit that is now standard on the elite yet options on newer sri's, like dimming mirror etc.
