Then i drove it out the petrol station put my foot down, then all my sadness went away

Did you fill it to the click or did you neck it? I always fill to the rim when filling up properly, that way you get a good 100 miles before the needle moves but you have to count the 3/4 as the half way, the 1/2 as 1/4 etc. I can get 400 miles from the top half (on the gauge) but just over 200 on bottom half although I have never had the light on!
yes do the same fuel light then brim it at £62, dont like ecconemy runs
I never brim the tank to the neck as being a biker, diesel spilling from over filled fuel tanks is deadly. Remember Spills kill!!!!!!!!!!!!! I fill to the click then leave it. I get nearly 680 to a tank but mines only a 2.0 DTi and spends it time going up and down the A1 at 70mph.
yes only to the first click get 600 miles range when i can get a run
u'v never played fuel tank bingo
I have just filled up today with VPower Deisel but the cost per litre was 114.9 which is stupid. I just managed to squeeze £44 in as it wasent empty. I think I will have to be dropping down to standard Shell deisel if the cost keeps jumping up like it is at the minute
not used vpower types of fuel cause of the cost. just normal esso diesel will do
