    Default Cd70

I think it's the cd70 navi, looks similair to my standard radio, just wondering if it'll fit my 52 plate LS? I'm after retro fitting a trip computer aswell, would it be worth doing both in one shot? And what sort of price am I looking at for these, my dads a spark so i'll be able to get fitting free

Your 52 reg Vec is half canbus. The CD70 requires full canbus to work.

I think someone retro fitted a CD70 in an older car, but it was a lot of hard work and would have been far cheaper just to buy a Garmin / Tom Tom / AN Other

You can fit CD70 into full canbus cars, but not early ones.

The Sat Nav system retro fitted described by Big Dave, if it was the same guy who was on here who did it, it was the older NCDC2013 and it was a massive job, pretty much the whole car loom needed to be replced.

No, I'm pretty sure he fitted the CD70.

Thinking about it, didn't he fit it to a Vectra-B?

EDIT - after a bit of searching, it was actually a Mk3 Cavalier.
