    I was looking at these in Halfords today, the biggest one was £39.99. Has anybody tried these ?

    The answer to your question is no mate, never used it or seen it before. But I tell you what, will be using it in the future, vx charge a fortune. TOP TIP!!!

    This kit on ebay for R134a systems.....what cars does this fit?
    My missus has a Rover 420 and the air con is not working, would it work with that?

    R134a is the refrigerant .... ozone friendly stuff ... I think most, if not all are now R134a as standard.

    Don't forget ... A/C is just like your fridge or freezer at home, the warm air is passed over a cooled (with R134a) element.
