Default Signing over a finance agreement

So I've looked it up on google and there's so much divided opinion, just need to know if a company will accept someone taking over payments of a finance agreement, cheers

the only answer to that question lies with the finance company -

they would have to have a new agreement signed and this would need to be completed on legal premises of the finance company (i.e. an f.s.a. regulated company) so the person taking over the agreement would need to be credit checked -

give em a call - they will probably say no as the agreement is with whoever signed the contract and would probably be more hassle than they would care for..

Yes it can be done. You need to contact the finance company and explain you want someone else to take over the agreement, they will then carry out a credit check on the person to see if they meet their lending criteria. Best bets to speak to the finance company and find out all that is involved and there maybe an admin fee

I know what you're thinking mate but I wouldn't have the balls to do it and lose my ncb, I mean don't get me wrong I can afford to run the car but what it's costing me since my hours have been cut I could do with the extra cash.
