Need to pick your brains / spoiler screw problem

Need a quick easy fix for my rear irmy spoiler, one of the screws has come loose & will not do up any more The fixing has had it but the other 3 are ok.

Has the thread gone on it or the bolt spinning in the spoiler?

The buga will not undo, just spins around.

if the other fixing is still ok then it shoud still be fine, if not just drill a pilot hole and fix it with a self tapper
