I'd look at the other stuff to help you handle the power. (This is what I've done first)

    - Upgrade front brakes (314's or VXR's)
    - Improve suspension (Eibach springs)
    - Strut brace (I'm still not too sure about this yet?)

In my opinion lose the tuning box and get a decent re-map.

Other than that, don't bother changing the intercooler, the 1.9 CDTi runs the same intercooler as the VXR so the 1.9 will never be tuned to a level where the intercooler needs replacing.

Fit a decent exhaust system, don't get a powerflow job unless you do the maths with regards to exhaust diameter and optimum flow for the 1.9. A sports cat will help, and remove the pre cat.

After this, a hybrid turbo can be fitted, the Vectra's management (Full canbus) has enough intelligence to adapt to the hybrid, but by this level a tuning bix should never be used.

Having a stage 2 re-map to accomodate the hybrid turbo will for sure help. This should see a genuine 200/210bhp and well over 320/330lb/ft.

By this stage, the clutch and gearbox will need attention as the traction will be hard to get due to the torque.

No matter what anyone says, a tuning box or re-map on it's own will not give 200bhp

    .
