Your car is 100% Full can-bus.

Its the type of wiring throughout the car.

CAN is the "controller area network", most new cars have one. Everything electrical in the car is digitally controlled or monitored by a CPU.
It consists of 3 wires, 2 signal wires and a ground... This makes it extremely robust as if one wire is broken the system can reconfigure its remaining wires to keep it running.

It can control/monitor an infinite number of devices.

It is quite literally an in car computer network.

It's only as reliable as the parts attached to it, any safety critical part should never fail (ABS control, PAS control, etc), but the rest is fair game and that's where the differences between supplier and customer warranty comes in.

The parts themselves are designed to have a life cycle which under average use would see failures just outside the customers warranty, however the parts are still under warranty from the supplier..... SO, the garage charges the customer for the new parts + labour, then the garage send the parts to the car manufacturer who then charge the supplier for the costs too. The manufacturer makes the profit twice and it's totally legal.
