    confused Diesel tuning box's 1.9 cdti 120

    I just purchased a vectra c 1.9 cdti 120, was advertised as a 150 so i was gutted so now looking into diesel tuning boxes.

    I want to know what you guys are using on the 120,
    what you think to it
    what box and what setting you have it on???

    If you wanted a 150 I'd take your 120 back asap matey.

    If the advertisement was for a 150 they you have a cast-iron case for a complete refund.

    You actually posted saying that you were thinking of buying - don't say you went and bought it even though you knew how to tell them aprt???

    i know im still going for it though lol i found out before i decided to go for it, if i put a diesel tuning box on it i should get same performance as 150 shouldnt i?

    had my 120 on the roller's today and got 142.5 bhp and 232ft lb torque, all it has now is K&N panel filter, airbox mod and straight through exhaust with just a centre section and quad tail pipe's and it achived 162mph in 4th on the roller's....before when it had a caterman box on it it ran 167.5 tbhp and 242 ft lb...so not much difference really.

    162mph lol ****** hell, how come you changed from a caterman box?
    was that with airbox mod and other bits?
    what is involved in the air box mod. was you still getting good mpg?

    had my fun with it on then decided to sell on for someone else to enjoy it, airbox mod is in the how 2 section and a K&N is about 45-50 quid, still getting around 45 mpg avv 550 - 600 miles per tank..

    Not too sure I would believe that Rich, it just won't rev enough for the gear ratios surley?
