rubber on door surrounds

as above, both front door seals at top of doors have perished and split, looks bad.
problem is they are part of the door surround, dose anyone have same problem/or know a easy fix

wont help you now, but tip for the future is to treat the rubbers with silicone grease once a year. keeps them supple etc..

Id probably be aiming at a breakers for a whole door rubber
