Default Need some help with my PC

Dunno why, but when I click on a link the new window is now the size of a small matchbox, it never used to be like this, it used to be decent size. I haven't changed anything, its just done it on its own. How do I change the size so it opens up bigger without having to do it manually each time.

open the link, then drag it to the size you want it and then close the box with File > Exit. Next time you open a new link it should be the same size as the one where it was closed properly.

Close all the other ie / FF windows bar the small one. Then resize and either file, exit or ctrl and X.

Its not happening when I open another IE window, only when I open a link in an already open window, for example if I click on a link on here, a tiny window opens
