CD70 display & functions

Hello all,

I have a querry regarding my CD70 SatNav.

I am unable to alter the volume level of my satnav nor change my display preference i.e display to show arrival time. I have changed settings settings in the various menus and still no joy.

Has anyone come across this before, is it a fault or just something not available on my model?

Announcement volume...
Whilst on Nav screen, press the Settings button, scroll to announcements, press to select,when it changes screen, again press to select, and then scroll to select desired volume...2 or 3 is usually okay
press to select and scroll back to retun to main page.

The only way I have found to show my arrival time is by pressing the INFO button after the route has been set and activated (start nav), it will tell you the current / arrival time (as selected) approx 2/3 down the screen towards the right side.

I'm sure elsewhere in the SatNav > Settings screen there is an option to display Arrival time, or journey time remaining.

Never found it yet, but would have thought you are right...
Looks like I'll be reading my manual again at bed-time. lol

Looked again , and the only other place I could see, was the top of the normal navigation screen will show total remaining distance.

As said before remaining time is on the INFO screen (2/3 down on the right)
and remaining distance on the top line on the left.

Had a look at the settings page for navi this morning. The INFO panel can be set to display Arrival Time or Remaining time. Press NAVI > Settings. Scroll to EXTRA, and select the required option.

That's correct, but will only show remaining time on INFO screen...if selected in Extras menu.
Will display remaining distance on normal NAVI screen and INFO screens..
