    Default Brake Light Check

I know this is a strange one, but can everyone chech their brake light plse. 2 people needed to check brake lights unless you are clever.
I followed a C tonight 04 plate, the brake lights were brighter than mine.

On the rear lights at the top are the Indicators (clear or orange)
On my 53 GSi the brake lights and side lights are in the 2nd set of lights with another pair of side lights in the 3rd set on there own
On the C i followed the brake lights were brighter and larger in the 3rd set of lights with side lights.
I then saw an 07 plate and again the lights on that were the same as mine with the brake lights in the 2nd set.

All of the lamps in the rear clusters use 21w bulbs so really its only the cars ecu that changes the outputs unless the owner had altered it some way. Although the early ones, if braking very hard - abs cuts in - then it does make the brake lights brighter to show up more in an emergency situation.
