Default Never been so happy to have cruise control!!

Well as per various posts we've made about our poxy car and the eml being on all the time, it may be solved
I've just driven to work and back about 250 miles with no eml coming on and cruise control the whole way Apart from about 20 miles before this when cruise wouldn't work but no eml, pulled into a lay by and stopped and when pulling away no power. Turned ignition off waited a few secs and away I went again and touch wood all is fine!

Amazing what happens when the air box and maf sensor are cleaned, fingers crossed it's now been solved!

Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Feel for you, feel for the guy who hit to pole too! Touch wood I've never got stuck in traffic going to and from work, not bad when I do over 250 miles a week. Only place I have ever come to a stand still is at Temple on the A30 just past Colliford Lake turn off where the rocks are in the middle of the road. But that's purely for the fact the stupid road goes to a sinlge lane, but I know a short cut across the moor!!

Well I ended up taking another route back but it took 5.5 hours 4 hours to get down so another 1.5 to get back. Must have been a very nasty accident
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

A pick up I believe rolled near Bristol bringing down a power cable. I work just off the 303 and tbh don't remember seeing any traffic last night!

Time will tell when I go back to work Wednesday morning, another 100 mile drive just to get there and if it don't come one I will consider it solved as that's the furthest it would of drive without coming on!
