2.2 dti ecu location

hi all! newbie to this forum! does anyone know where the ecu us located in my vectra C 2.2 dti? thanks

engine management ecu so i can get my car remapped tomorrow

i think its under the fuse box under the bonnet nex to the battery

for what you pay and the bhp you get its not worth it at all, as it puts alot of strain on the pumps

the company am getting it done from hasnt confirmed 100% that they will be able to do it until I have show them the car and they check their equipment with it! if they cant do it through obd port which i doubt cos another company couldnt, they may have to remove ecu and programmed the chip with new software, so I was just curious to know where the ECU was.

As far as i know the Vec C 2.0 and 2.2 diesels can't be mapped and as for removing the ECU they won't do that i can can tell you, not unless you are paying mega money and even then it's a sealed unit.
