Mud flap help pls

Hi i want to buy some mud flaps, and wanted to know how hard are they to fit and also how much should they be for.

hi how easy are they will i need to buy clamps there is a set on ebay are these the right ones

just some plastic push rivets about 20p each
and a screw underneath. all in the kit

they are a bit pricey m8
go to vx dealer cheaper then £40
