glad to have you back mate

One thing get it lowered with PI's me and a andymagee1982 done mine at the weekend and OMG such a difference in driving it handles like a dream and it looks very good indeed.

when people say its a harsh ride i dont belive them it feels really nice more planted you just need to take it alittle more easy over speed bumps

    rolleyes Sounds good but....

I run the 17inch GSI alloys on mine, wont I need a camber adjustment kit if I go as low as 40-45mm?

I was going to try a set of Eibach springs 30mm drop....

And I'd need to get a full 4 wheel alignment once lowered, how much does that cost roughly?

    Cheers mate

    Wink lowering car

hi mate have lowered my car but went for the eibach far superior in quality might not look quet as menacing but cert lowers the car enough to make a massive difference to the look of it, also best kit to match existing shocks and no camber adjust needed, mine was done by a vauxhall mechanic my car is x pack 2 litre turbo with 19 inch rims, despite what people think blows and eats 1.9 diesal for breakfast! worst engine i have ever driven no refinement what so ever and no puff after 90mph,hope it helps mate

Thumbs up Thanks guys - you are legends!

So to recap, shocks and springs would be better....will existing shocks be ok though? (Or is that false economy?)

Also - althought the camber does'nt need adjusting for 35mm drop, will I need a full 4 wheel alignment? (If yes, where & how much?)

    Cheers Jedi Vectra C peeps....

    Cool

it would be unwise not to swap shocks if your car is over 3 years old mine wasnt i only had 27000 on clock dont go for pi s mate ride will be to hard and to low in my opinion for your car mine only dropped 20 mm because its a sri, also did you know eibach are the sama springs as irmscher? so you are getting a vauxhall approved part, speak to lmf they will back up what i have said, rule is the lower you go the more bone shakin the ride!!! you wont need a alighment but just to be safe have it checked cheers
