    Default ncdc2013 problem

It just stopped working this afternoon. Screen still on but can't get the unit to control cd changer / sat nav or tuner. Any ideas?

Disconnect the battery for a bit and see if this resets the radio.

It would be located in the fuse box at the passenger of the dash mate, don't know what number though. Has anything else stopped working lights, cig lighter etc?

Did you just find it working, or did you have to refit a plug or something...dodgey connection.

Also don't forget most head units have a fuse next to the main pins 1 to 16 of either the ISO plug (models upto 2004 -04 plate) or the quadlock plug (54 plate models onward)
