ebay question

well as I know that most of you guys here use it i thought maybe one of you could help me..
i finally decided to register and use it as i found a lot of interesting items on it but that is where the problems started.
i entered my address correctly, including country (croatia) and i thought everything was fine.
then i bought an item with declared shipping costs to CRO of a few €. i bought the item but shipping and maintenance costs were 0 and i had to pay only for the item. i found it strange but moved on.
then i bought another item and the same thing happened! shipping costs were 0 instead of 3,5€
now, after more than a week of not receiving the items i checked order details and they were like this:
"

**my name
**my street

Zagreb 10020
Invalid"

Why does it state invalid as my data in account settings (both registration and primary postage address) is correct:

Primary postage address:

Your main postage address for purchases

**my name
**my address
Zagreb 10020
Croatia, Republic of


now if they specified country "invalid" i doubt i'll ever receive the items but does anyone know where the problem could be and what should i do to have clean transactions in the future?

i had to confirm it yes and that's what i successfully did..

if the bits have arrived then mention nothing but when i buy if the seller hasnt mentiond Denmark.. or need to get i contact first.. then the postage also says 0£ here.. or just wont allow me to buy..

well the problem is that they didnt arrive yet (after 8 days, usually takes 4-5 ), croatia was on the list, shipping to CRO was 3€ and i bought it and then shipping turned out to be 0, and none of them contacted me to ask why shipping wasnt paid..
