    Default Plasma says goodbye

    Plasma says goodbye to McDonalds.

I took it upon myself (as if anyone else is gonna!) to have a go at keeping fit. I start a diet next wednesday and now belong to a group who see you throughout this with counselling as well as to your eating habits. I've also bought myself this item to help.

    http://www.comparestoreprices.co.uk/...mega-ii-cs.asp

Its this item which lead to my doorframe being damaged!.

Just been trying it out Doing a 10min session at a time cause its almost killing me doing it lol and gonna do this about 3 times a day and gradually increase the time sessions and difficulty as my fitness improves.
Plasma's Tech2 services are now open and able to provide services

Be warned you may never use it after one go!! We have a gym at home, it's only got a cross trainer and a multi-gym in it but it got decorated and new carpet fitted, flat screen tv, surround sound, dvd, freeview the works. How may times have we used it, about twice, it's now used as I washing line with weather turning bad. Mum's got a full size tread mill I thought about bringing to ours but knew we'd never use it so I got to stick it on ebay for her.

From personal experience, buying machines to get fit is a waste of money. There's plenty you can do without aid of equipment to lose weight. Change your diet - free. Do some basic exercises (pressups, squats, situps) - free. Go out of a good long walk - free. Seeing the theme here?

Personally I'm going the opposite direction - I'm just over 6 foot and weighed in at less than 11 stone last Christmas. With pressups, situps, walking/jogging and a better diet I'm up to 12 stone and with very little body fat. Never felt better in my life.

I'm getting to the point where I'm actually considering joining a gym...
