3rd Injector Fault Code on 150bhp CDTi

Hope someone can help with this one.

My Veccy has shown a 3rd Injector fault code on both the readers of the AA and local garage it was recovered to, the 3rd injector was swapped with 4th and system reset but the same fault code has popped up on the reader??

looking through some other posts I'm confusing myself as to where to start is it electrical?, is the injector programmed so it didn't matter swapping? I have the yellow clips on the wiring if that makes any odds.

have a search for '3rd injector wiring mod' . That will apply if the code states that 'injector 3 open circuit' The new wiring for injector 3 should have a blue plug

as above you need the new 'blue plug wiring'
