I may of found a solution to this:

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showth...ighlight=clunk

well not exactly a solution, more like the reason.

I spoke to VX today and they reckons its the drive shafts after its been lowered by 30mm.

    what do you think?

Never heard of driveshafts doing that lol

Possibly the springs seating themselves. Has it done it again?

its happened once for me and twice for the wife.

the garage that put the springs in - is going to have a look for me on sat.

I was thinking when he said driveshafts that I've dropped it no lower than the sri spec, do they have different shafts then?

Not that I know of, you are actually lower than a standard sri mate, they are only 15mm lower than a normal vec. Saying that I am on -30 mm eibachs (meaning I have only dropped another 15mm) which means my car is at the same height as yours and I have no problems.

The shock absorbers could be something to check as the will be moving on a different part of their shaft now that you are lower
