Im having the same problem im guessing both your cars have sunroofs!! so does mine ive stripped the headlining out of my car for this you have to be prepared to take the sun visors handles trim around sunroof top of door rubbers ect ect ive done all this and have put the car back to useable but with no headlining... Ive tried to poke a piece of wire to unblock the runaway pipe but it is in an awkward position as its the back left passenger side which is blocked ( there r 4 one in each corner ) front two are easy accessed. The pipes run down into the bodywork of the car.. Ive yet to discover where they lead to. The water is supposed to come in the sunroof into a tray around the inside which in the 4 corners it drains but instead the drain is overflowing and it was running down the inside of the headlining and behind the trim down the inside bodywork to the back footwell and eventually seeps through to the front one.. Hope this is somewhat helpful and if this is the prob u have i sympothise as im there with ya Good Luck

Had the same problem and it was caused by the trough around the pollen filter filling up with water and then overflowing through the fan opening, behind the glove box and then onto the passenger footwell. All caused by a blocked drain chute from the pollen filter trough. Had a massive puddle which caused major condensation on all the windows. HTH

Had the same problem too over the weekend. About 1" pool of water in the nearside rear footwell and very wet front footwell. Having read this thread and others on the subject, I checked the pollen filter drain, which was blocked. Cleaned it out with my hand. Took about 2 minutes. Now left with wet carpets that should dry out in time. Thanks for the advice. If you're suffering with this problem have a go and sort it yourself. I was quoted £100 by a local garage to sort it!!
