    Default 1.9 CDTi 120bhp hesitation FIXED :-)

    I have a signum CDTi 120bhp.
    Ever since i got the car, there been a slight hesitation when taking my foot off the accelerator, or accelerating slowly. Like a flat spot. Its also got gradually slower and slower to start.
    Ive cleaned the EGR valve, MAP sensor, MAF sensor ... nothing seemed to cure the fault.

    The fault has been a fracture in the leak off assembly on injector 4. This was drawing air into the fuel system.
    It eventually snapped, which is when i spotted it. (the car wouldnt start at this point)

    The fuel leak off assembly is the rubber pipes than run across the top off the injectors.
