i went to my company centenary 2 weeks ago - we had a private flypast and display by
and many more - i still love the vulcan - it did a slow flypast with the bomb doors open even Toby (who's 4) shut up for a minute
- a vulcan
- the sally "b"
- vampires
- bi planes
- tri planes
- a flying circus
- the red arrows
0-Large smile ......every time it's driven
yes it was a little "meet" 10,000 people in attendance
half of the red arrows pilots had either worked at or learnt to fly in Cambridge
hence the Vulcan being present as well - Marshall aerospace did most of the restoration work and had the only currently licenced pilot to fly at the time it was restored to working order

PS your headlight covers are off the car and in the garage waiting to be washed.
A couple from RIAT this year. Beautiful aircraft - wonder if we can have a Falklands War Memorial Flight...
An absolutely awesome aircraft, one of my favourites. It used to do displays at the old West Malling Air Show and my parents house is just half a mile away so it would do its climb right over the house and make the windows rattle! Loved it!!
i would love to see that beast at an air show again, when i was younger i remember the vulcan doing a runway fly past at north weald, then they hit full throttle and banked away
i lost count of the amount of stuff falling of the stalls there, lol
