    Default Failed MOT !!!!

Just been told the Siggy has failed its MOT Brake pipes have corroded on the front and some bearings on the track rod need replacing. So another £200 needs to be spent for parts labour and aligning after.

Also my insurance is due so I phoned around declaring my mods including upgraded springs then phoned my own insurance(Swift Cover) who then proceeded to cancel my insurance because somewhere in my policy it says the will not cover lowered cars . I now have a new policy with Chris Knott Insurance and at a very good price too thank god

I have got to say this car is not cheap to keep but i think its worth it

Sorry to hear about failing the MOT test. Thank god they don't have it over here. Sounds like its pretty strict. How much lower is the siggy from Standard? Insurance over here usually doesn't care until its almost touching the road. Shouldn't they just consider lower suspension as even safer than stock....? Improves handling therefore safety?
