Small paint scratches ( repair guide wanted )

Need a guide (a how - to perhaps ) to repair small in dimensions scratches
on the bodywork paint .
The so called scratches are tiny in dimensions ( a few cm. in length and
width ) but your nail will understand them quite well .
Have in mind that they are going to be worked by hand ( if this is possible ) .
Also need suggestions on specific products ( waxes etc. )

meguires Scratch x...might help and a good polish...then wax.
if you can get your hands on a P/C you will have more chance of getting them out .
