Rear suspension torque settings

I'm thinking about changing the rear shock absorbers on my Signum (2.2dti Elegance, 2004). I asked a question earlier and checked the search.
However there is some confusion over torque settings.
The bolts are E18 and E20 types respectively. Should the torque settings be 90Nm for the E18 and 150Nm for the E20?
