Bad luck then a bit of good luck
Driving along today with windows down as it was warm, got about half a mile from setting off and noticed my tax disc had gone! Drove car back to my mums to put my untaxed car off the road, took a walk round the route I'd just driven and what do I find? My tax disc!!! Proper relief, was panicking that Id have to pay for the car retaxing and that is the last thinG I need right now

Good point actually why I didn't gave my air con on, what would I have done though if I couldn't find it? Would dvla send me a replacement disc or would I have to pay for it retaxing?
ADZ86 - do you have any pictures of your car - other than the pics from the person who was selling it?
it would be nice to see - I've always fancied the 3.2 - I will get there......lol
very lucky mate and i don't think the dvla would make you retax it again if it was lost
The fee for a duplicate tax disc is £7.
Not as yet mate, will teke a few and get them loaded up as soon as I know how to do it on an iPhone
