    Default detailing

    anyone use a detailing forum????

    thinking of giving me car a good going over and looking for tips and that for tar removing and bug gut removal unless anyone on here has good tips.

    i have autosmart tardis but i cant seem to get a good result with it

    hi m8
    loads of differant options which suits the person
    but if you want a good clean i do/use this.

    wash
    clay
    wash
    dry
    meguires paint restorer
    ag polish (1 or 2 coats)
    nattys blue polish
    blackhole glaze
    nattys blue wax

    thats what i do but every-one is slightly differant
    to get the results what they are after.

    start off with the clay and the meqiures stage 123 kit
    its a good start if you are new to detailing.

    sounds alot of work lol

    i normaly
    wash
    dry
    when i can be botherd i polish
    and iv used autosmart carnuba wax on ma bonnet, roof, tailgate

    Like most things in life, you get out of it what you put in. It's labour of love. The secret's is in the prep. Plus a few more clichés I can't think of.
