Wife's Signum 1.9cdti 150 has the stereo with satnav, single cd slot and 4 disc cartridge. Single cd player will play all cd's, But cartridge cd player will not play some of my cd's of tracks I downloaded off I-tunes, when single sot as played them fine.
Why?

Rubbish quality discs. Have you burned them as mp3. Just a couple of suggestions.

cd's read in any other player i have. cd's are written as audio cd's. they just will not play in the changer. can't understand why?

Are the CD's a once only write or rewritable. Some players will not play rewritable discs only write once type

Vx early cd players are renowned for being fussy about what discs they will play...

A known vauxhall problem...their answer is to tell the car owner that the copyright information on the disc is at fault....

my answer is...
Use good quality write once CD's, burn at as low a speed as possible and clean the laser after every 50 hours use with a cleaning cd.
