From experience on my own would recommend HID Direct they sell on ebay, they do Vectra C specific kits plug & play great results and no hassle.

Also Jam.performance on eBay too, but make sure you specify that you need the cancellers (as he sometimes forgets to pack them). Had mine from them for ages now, no problems whatsoever.

Depends on the kit, but they will defo need either cancellers or ballasts with them built in.

I bought a kit from http://www.hids4us.co.uk - 2 yr warranty, postage refunded if fault found, and replacement shipped out for free. Pretty much the same price as HidDirect, and I see they're now doing 2 yr warranties (but without the free postage return)

Basically plug and play. No need for external cancellors, the electronics inside the ballast box take care of it. The only thing I did need to do was to remove one of the plugs from the wires to get the cable through the hole in the bulb cover and then refit afterwards.

See http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=91815 for how I installed them.
