Default Cylinder liners for V6 CDTi

Is there any way for Isuzu to suply only the cylinder liners and not the whole engine?

Technically it is possible to just replace the liner as it is just a sleeve?

If I can get the liners I was thinking of rebuilding that engine block and put it on ebay. Oh and by the way...
    Happy birthday

I will phone Isuzu Slovenia to see if they can supply the specific liners.

Might buy 12 of them...just in case mine fail lol
