    Default Yorkshire Rolling Road Meet

Just a few pics here of our Yorkshire Regions first ever Rolling Road meeting on Sunday.

I think it would be best if the people who ran post up their respective figues themselves, but mine is running 130bhp (add 10% for the bhp at the flywheel) at the wheels and 115 lbs/tf of torque, which the guy said was pretty good for a 1.8 VVTi.

    Grahams pics up first...

    And now Greg's Pics...

And finally, thanks to Graham, a video of my motor which i think im right in saying may not have been the most powerful, but it was the loudest lol

Thanks to Graham_A, Applepeel, Posty, Smokydiesel, GregC + His Golf driving mate (sorry didnt catch his name), and Richard at AAD for having us lot and taking the time to open up on a Sunday, even though he has a sore head lol.

See you all again soon guys!

nice pics of the cars and their respective runs......

but i have to ask what was going on with the golf - did it blow a gasket on its run ? or does it normally smoke that badly ?

The golf had a breather pipe come off and oil went all over the engine, its running fine now with the hose reattached, it still got just under 100BHP which is not bad for a 1.8 golf that is 22 years old
