    Angry Network Q

    Hi All,
    I have had my vectra a little over a week now and have only today noticed that one of my rear lights is smokked the other is clear, does anybody know where i stand with the stealer on this, can I get them to change it so that they match??

    Have had nothing but trouble so far, bumper is not fitted correctly, parcel shelf strings are missing, air con doesnt work, and they coded the spare key incorrectly so no when I start the car I have the immobiliser warning light coming on for a few seconds, and now I find out I have go faster lights on one side and not the other!!

    Shame really cos I love the car!

    Sounds like this car might of had a bump in the past and has had a very shoddy repair. If the car is still under the Network Q warranty you are coverd and Im sure you can ask for a change of car ( Im sure they do or did this ) but contact Network Q themselves and tell them everything.

    I seem to remember someone else had this
    Effectively you are buying a used car, and purchasing it "sold as seen"
    However, any parts replaced under warranty should be identical

    If the car has been accident repaired then it needs to be taken back to that agent and the faults pointed out

    However, go back to the original sales person with a list of ALL the faults and errors you have
    See what their response is
    They should make an effort to satisfy your needs, if not then start putting pressure on that you are going to return the car

    Equally, contact Netwrok Q, advise them that you are not happy
    However, you could negotiate with them and advise that you are going to use a different dealership for all the same issues to be dealt with

    Finally, is the car on a finance agreement
    If so , advise them as they are the legal owner and can support you even further!

    Thanks for your help guys, hopefully they will be understanding and replace it, if not I will write to Network Q, I think they know I am getting frustrated as it has already been back to them four times and now they have it all day tomorrow too! But they are giving me an Insignia for the day!
