Is there a way to reset them if i wanted to sell it, currently when i connect to my computer it logs auto into itunes store, is there a way to remove the email address / password.... i.e a master reset ??

you should be able to reset thru itunes buddo

After sync completes you get option to do software updates and so on,also gives the option to set to default.
As for your personal settings you need to deselect everything from the left hand side of the main screen(ipod selection,various other folder options)
Go into each folder making sure the boxes are'nt ticked.
It is a faf on that you can't do it from ipod itself.

the ipod will not save your email address and password this is saved via itunes

the only information about the ipod is the ipod name which you can double click on and change within i tunes
to remove all of your music just deselect all your tracks within i tunes and when you resync they will all me removed

when you reset it, it goes back to the "plug ipod cable in" screen from when you first get it. thats how i sold my one on.
