Thank you all for all your nice messages. Cristi, I'm from Craiova and I'm also a clubopel.com member. Here's my topic from over there.

Last night I finished mounting the door trims, which took me almost 2,5 hours. They are very hard to remove and reinstall. I just used some universal silicone and a few pop-rivets to hold them still while the silicone acts. Now they are looking nice fitted in the car. Pics:

    1. Tool used to crash the back door trim's pin.
    2. Crashing/removing the back of the door trim's pin.
    3. Inserting the rivets.
    4. Final product.

Well, my attempt to repair the known swirl valve problem didn't work, so now I just bought a new inlet manifold from ebay UK and I'm looking for the cheapest swirl valve motor (actuator) that I can find (possibly with your help).

If anyone knows a good price, let me know.

Anyone know where I can find a motor (P/N: 13192013)for my recirculation flaps? I have a toothed wheel that has 2 teeth missing.

Here you can see the 2 teeth that are missing on the little white wheel:

    And here's the wheel:

Today I changed the inlet manifold and the timing kit, includin water pump. Although it wasn't specified anywhere in the service book, I think it was changed before, because one of the tensioners was a SKF. The rest of them I think were original from Opel. The timing belt looks worst in the pics than in reality:

The old manifold looked like crap, both the valves and the mug that was inside of it. The mechanic assured me it wasn't a dirty engine:

    Interior of the inlet manifold:

I stick to my previous opinion that the swirl valves actuator doesn't need to be changed, because the valves' motion is the same for all the manifolds:

Maybe someone can tell me where this plug is from. It's unused and it's located near the timing belt cover, towards the injection pump area.

    And the final result:

As duration, it all took 6 hours and the mechanics worked miracles.

    Hard stuff:

    1. Removing the injection pump pulley:

    2. Removing the plate on which the gas separator sits. This took aprox. 30-40 minutes, only because the mechanics didn't work on a Z19DTH before. On the second engine I'm sure they will remove it in 10 minutes (assuming someone else is mad enough like I was to change the inlet manifold):

The rest was just uninstalling and installing, which took most of the time. The inlet manifold was replaced in 10-15 minutes, but the "getting to it" was pretty time consuming. We mounted the actuator on the manifold before it was placed back on the car. It was easier this way.

All working good now and I'm very happy with it.

Next thing to be replaced is the valve body in my AF40-6 speed gearbox.
