I too was saddened to hear of Patricks death this morning, another good guy paases on.

Enjoyed many of his films, anyone who can watch Ghost right through without shedding a tear has got to be a member of government.

    RIP Mr Swayze

Always sad to hear someone die of Cancer, and yes G, I did think our Patrick would be next on the celeb front.

A lot of women over the world tonight will shed a tear for the Swayze.

Up in heaven, I'm sure that he'll be saying " Nobody puts Baby in the corner "

    RIP Patrick.

I was reading the sun this morning and the guy was a bit of an undercover legend. He used to perform his own stunts and never did any of his films for money. He also defied all ods and stayed off pain killers etc so he could continue with his work. Credit to him and may he RIP.

P.S. Ghost and Point Break were cracking movies!

I'm sure we will have all of the films on TV now. Given the repeats and rubbish on TV at the moment, it'll be good to see them again.

He fought it bravely from what I gather, but I always feel for the ones left behind. Like his wife of 34 years.

I hope she takes comfort in her memories of her husband as the legend he was.
