    Default Product Recall

Just had a letter from my local vx stealers this morning telling me there is a recall on my car (2.2DTI 2003) 3rd recall i've had (Handbrake, some turbo issue and this) Apparently the ecu needs re-calibrated to better suit the turbo booked in for thursday. Any one else had this?

I've not had this letter (yet) but I do have a 2003 2.2 DTi (registered in January 2003). Are there any contact details on the letter I could call to see if my car is covered by the recall?

Just asked me to ring my local VX dealer and book it in... Might be worth ringing your local dealer... Have you had the other ones, Handbrake etc

Mine used to do this regularly. Had it in for a service before we went to france & they said it needed some sort of turbo recalibration (05-p-47 on the job sheet). Since then i've done about 2k miles in france & about another 1k since i've got back & touchwood its never went into limp mode yet.

When was the recall issued? My car doesn't like going uphill with the caravan on the back (limp mode ). Wonder if that'll fix this
